Ingredients For tex mex casserole

  • 2 box
    velveeta shells and cheese
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes and chilis
  • 1 can
    black beans, drained
  • 1 can
    fiesta corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground turkey or ground hamburger
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c
    salsa, chunky
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 2 c
    mexican cheese, shredded

How To Make tex mex casserole

  • 1
    in frying pan, brown meat with onions and garlic. Drain. While cooking meat, prepare Velveeta Shells and Cheese according to directions. When meat is fully cooked, add seasoning mix and stir blending well. Then add Rotel, black beans, corn, salsa. Heat mixture thoroughly. When heated thoroughly mix shells and cheese and meat mixture together. Add 2 cups of shredded mexican cheese and stir well. ENJOY!!
