Ingredients
- 2 boxes velveeta shells and cheese
- 1 can rotel tomatoes and chilis
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can fiesta corn, drained
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey or ground hamburger
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup salsa, chunky
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups mexican cheese, shredded
How To Make tex mex casserole

Step 1in frying pan, brown meat with onions and garlic. Drain. While cooking meat, prepare Velveeta Shells and Cheese according to directions. When meat is fully cooked, add seasoning mix and stir blending well. Then add Rotel, black beans, corn, salsa. Heat mixture thoroughly. When heated thoroughly mix shells and cheese and meat mixture together. Add 2 cups of shredded mexican cheese and stir well. ENJOY!!
