Ingredients For taco stuffed peppers

1 1/2 lblean ground beef or turkey

1 mdchopped onion
-
1 cantomatoe sauce
-
2 tspchilli powder
-
1 tspcumin powder
-
1 tspred pepper flakes
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
4 mdgreen bell peppers with caps sliced off

1 canred kidney beans
-
1 pkglow fat cheddar cheese
-
2 mdtomatoes cut up in small pieces

1 smcontainer of fat free sour cream
How To Make taco stuffed peppers

1Cook ground Meat and Onion in a skillet sprayed with Olive oil cooking spray

2Add Tomatoe sauce, and herbs and kidney beans, cook thoroughly

3Meanwhile steam the peepers (or you can eliminate this step and just bake, I like to pre -cook the peppers for a head start)

4Stuff Each pepper with meat mixture

5Place into a pan lightly sprayed with olive oil spray and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes

6Serve with toppings and Enjoy a very healthy meal..Salad on the side goes nicely.
