My dear friend Michael made this for our Bunco group and it is awesome. She was kind enough to share this recipe. I've made this several times for my family and they loved it. Feeds a crowd!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 cans hominy ( i use white shoepeg corn) drained
- 1 can chopped green chilis
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 cans rotell
- 1 can diced tomatoes w/onions
- 1 package ranch style dressing mix
- 2 cans ranch style beans
How To Make taco soup

Step 1Brown beef in dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer on medium heat. Serve when hot.

Step 2Top with tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro, and/or scallions if desired. I've also added black olives.
