- 1 pound ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 1 can rotel tomatoes & green chilies
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can great northern beans
- 1 can white shoepeg corn
- 1 can crushed tomatoes, large
- 1 - envelope taco seasoning
- 1 bottle taco sauce, hot
How To Make taco soup

Step 1Combine all ingredients in crockpot and simmer on low for at least one hour. Best if simmered 2-3 hours. To serve, line bowl with Fritos, add soup, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
