Ingredients

2 can(s)
(15oz.each) chef boyardee beefaroni
1 can(s)
(14.5)hunt's diced tomatoes,drained
1 can(s)
(15oz.) rosarita premium whole black beans,drained,rinsed
1 c
frozen corn
1 tsp
ground cumin
1/4 c
mexican blend shredded cheese
1/2 c
broken yellow tortilla chips

Step-By-Step

1Stir together all ingredients,execpt cheese and chips,in saucepan.
2Bring to a boil.Reduce heat,cover and simmer 15 minutes.Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
