Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 2 packages taco seasning mix
- 4 cloves garlic..pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 2 packages corn tortillas
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 16 ounces sour cream mixed with 1 tblsp chili powder
- 3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 3 cups shredded chedder cheese
How To Make taco lasagna

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees..cook beef until brown..drain well...add taco seasoning..garlic..cayenne pepper and water..

Step 2Simmer uncovered for 10 min...set aside Sprinkle cornmeal on bottom of 9x13 pan....Place tortillas on bottom of pan overlapping and extend up the edges slightly..

Step 3Layer in the following order:....1 cup salsa..1/2 meat mixture (about 2 cups)..1/2 cups green onions...1 cup sour cream mixture....2 cups combined cheeses...Repeat

Step 4Place 6 tortillas and remaining salsa on top....Bake for 40 min...Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese...Bake an additional 10 min or until melted
