taco seasning mix
4 clove
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c
1 Tbsp
2 pkg
corn tortillas
1 jar(s)
1 c
sliced green onions
16 oz
sour cream mixed with 1 tblsp chili powder
3 c
shredded monterey jack cheese
3 c
shredded chedder cheese

How to Make Taco Lasagna


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees..cook beef until brown..drain well...add taco seasoning..garlic..cayenne pepper and water..
  • 2Simmer uncovered for 10 min...set aside
    Sprinkle cornmeal on bottom of 9x13 pan....Place tortillas on bottom of pan overlapping and extend up the edges slightly..
  • 3Layer in the following order:....1 cup salsa..1/2 meat mixture (about 2 cups)..1/2 cups green onions...1 cup sour cream mixture....2 cups combined cheeses...Repeat
  • 4Place 6 tortillas and remaining salsa on top....Bake for 40 min...Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese...Bake an additional 10 min or until melted
  • 5Let stand 10 minutes
