Serving tacos to my children and all their friends can get expensive, so this is a quick, easy way to make "pan tacos" which they love!

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    refried beans
  • 1 can(s)
    black beans
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatos
  • 1 can(s)
    diced jalapenos
  • 4 c
    cheddar cheese (or taco cheese if you prefer)
  • 1 pkg
    corn tortillas
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2
    onion, diced
  • ·
    lettuce, onions, tomatoes, chips, salsa as desired

How to Make Taco Lasagna


  1. preheat oven to 350. prepare 9x13 pan with cooking spray
  2. brown ground beef, drain, and mix both cans of beans, taco season mix, tomatoes,onions and jalapenos. cut corn tortillas to fit pan, and layer tortillas, ground beef mixture, and cheese, ending with the top covered with cheese
  3. bake about 30 minutes or until top cheese is melted and bubbly. serve with other toppings and a dollop of sour cream.
  4. EXTRA: If you have a few extra moments, cut remaining corn tortillas into thin strips, dip quickly into water, sprinkle with salt and lay out on sprayed cookie sheet and bake, to make crispy tortilla strips.
