1 lb.chicken, boneless and skinless
1 sm. can oz8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
1 can(s)14oz. chicken broth
1 can(s)corn, canned drained
1 1/2 cminute rice, uncooked
1 1/2 cmexican blend shredded cheese
How to Make Taco Chicken
- Cut chicken breasts into cubes, cook in electric skillet or fry pan until cooked
- Add chicken broth, taco seasoning, and tomato sauce, bring to a boil, add corn
- Bring back to a boil, add Minute Rice and cheese, mix well. Turn off and let stand until liquid is absorbed. Serve with salad for a main dish.
- You may also serve this as an appetizer with corn chips, salsa ans sour cream. Enjoy!
