My sister gave me this recipe many years ago. Whenever I go to a pot luck, people ask me to bring this recipe.

Ingredients

1 lb.
chicken, boneless and skinless
1 sm. can oz
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 can(s)
14oz. chicken broth
1 can(s)
corn, canned drained
1 1/2 c
minute rice, uncooked
1 1/2 c
mexican blend shredded cheese

How to Make Taco Chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut chicken breasts into cubes, cook in electric skillet or fry pan until cooked
  • 2Add chicken broth, taco seasoning, and tomato sauce, bring to a boil, add corn
  • 3Bring back to a boil, add Minute Rice and cheese, mix well. Turn off and let stand until liquid is absorbed. Serve with salad for a main dish.
  • 4You may also serve this as an appetizer with corn chips, salsa ans sour cream. Enjoy!
