Ingredients
- 1 lb. - chicken, boneless and skinless
- 1 sm. can ounce 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 can 14oz. chicken broth
- 1 can corn, canned drained
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make taco chicken

Step 1Cut chicken breasts into cubes, cook in electric skillet or fry pan until cooked

Step 2Add chicken broth, taco seasoning, and tomato sauce, bring to a boil, add corn

Step 3Bring back to a boil, add Minute Rice and cheese, mix well. Turn off and let stand until liquid is absorbed. Serve with salad for a main dish.

Step 4You may also serve this as an appetizer with corn chips, salsa ans sour cream. Enjoy!
