Blue Ribbon Recipe
Yum! We loved this creamy delicious casserole. It has a bit of heat which we enjoyed, but if that is too much for your taste buds cut back on the heat a bit by adjusting the jalapenos. It will still be a super tasty casserole. The taco seasoning really punches up the flavor. This is quick and easy to prepare. A great weeknight meal!
