Unbelievably easy to make and unbelievably delicious to eat. You won't have leftovers when you serve this dish to family and friends.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This quick and easy taco casserole is a great weeknight meal. If you love Rotel dip, you'll love this cheesy casserole. It's similar to the Velveeta and Rotel dip, except it is kicked up a few levels. Sour cream makes this super creamy. Rotel and jalapenos add a little kick. Browned ground beef is seasoned with taco seasonings that punch the flavor and adds heartiness to the meal. Adding crushed tortilla chips, though, is what makes this casserole.
