I got this recipe from my sister years ago. It is much easier to eat than tacos, but you still get the same great taste! Spoon onto a plate and add your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 can(s)
cream style corn
1 can(s)
pinto beans (not drained)
1 pkg
corn chips
2 c
shredded mild cheddar cheese

SERVE WITH:

sour cream
taco sauce
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
sliced black olives

How to Make Taco Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown meat and drain. Mix seasoning, corn, and beans w/liquid into meat. Crumble chips in bottom of dish. Pour meat mixture over chips and bake 20 min. at 350 degrees. Take out of oven, sprinkle cheese over top and heat just until cheese melts.
