This was one of my dad's favorite dishes. Great when paired with Taco Salad recipe that I posted.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 can chili beans
- 2 cans rotel
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package tortilla chips, crushed
How To Make taco casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef and drain, mix in taco seasoning mix. Set aside.

Step 2Mix chili beans, rotel and cream of mushroom soup together.

Step 3Starting with chips, layer chips, taco meat, soup mixture and soup together in a 13 x 9 pan, making 3 layers. Top off with cheese.

Step 4Heat in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
