    lean ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    refried beans
  • 1 pkg
    taco season
  • 1 pkg
    hard corn taco shells
  • 1 pkg
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1-4 oz
    green chilis
  • 1/2
    head, shredded ice berg lettuce
  • 2
    diced, medium tomatoes
  • 1 jar(s)
    salsa, your choice of heat
  • 1-6 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    corn chips, crushed

How to Make Taco Cassarole


  1. Brown ground beef and add seasoning, warm beans. place some cheese and meat mix in each taco shell, stuff each taco into the mouth of the next taco placing them in the bottom of a 8x13 dish.
  2. spread the beans on the top of the taco shells and any beef leftover, top with cheese then crushed chips. Bake in 425F oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 min. then spread salsa and top with letuce, tomatos, green onions, sour cream
