  • 1 pkg
    ground beef
  • 2 can(s)
    pinto beans or refried beans
  • 1 1/2 pkg
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 small
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel mexican lime&cilantro
  • 1 pkg
    of taco seasoning
  • 1 small
  • 1 pkg
    of 10 count flour tortillas
  • 1 c
    of chopped lettuce
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Taco Bake


  1. brown ground beef, drain, add taco seasoning with a little water and salt and pepper. mix 2 cans of pinto beans in blender with abou 1/2 cup of water. sprinkle of salt and pepper ( or buy 2 cans of refried beans)
  2. spray your baking pan with non-stick spray and cover with one layer of your tortillas,spread i/2 of your refried beans(your mixed pinto beans)and 1/2 of ground beef mix on that layer. sprinkle 1/2package of your cheeze. next add another layer of tortillas the rest of the ground beef and beans and some cheeze. then add remaining tortillas and top off with the rest of cheeze. put in oven and bake @350 for about 20 mins.
  3. mix you ounion and can of rotel and put on top of your dish about 5 mins before done. when finished add your lettuce and sour cream and your set to go, to spice it up add hot peppers
