How To Make spanish spagetti

Cook sausage in a pan over medium heat, chopping it up as it cooks. Leave the pieces chunky. Add the jalapeno juice, chopped jalapenos, Rotel and seasoning. Simmer till meat is cooked thru, stirring periodically. Let it simmer for 15 or 20 minutes so all the spices can meld together.

While the sausage is cooking, boil the water to cook the noodles in. I like to sprinkle some salt and add 1/2 tsp. olive oil to my water when I cook noodles. When they are finished, set them aside.

When your sausage is ready, add the Ragu' spagetti sauce, stir and simmer till hot. I like to add the cooked noodles to the meat and stir it all up, place it on my plate, sprinkle the cheese on top and microwave till cheese melts.
