spanish rice-a-roni with beef
(1 RATING)
I've been making this dish for my husband since we've been married for 25 years and he still loves it. It actually tastes better using the chicken flavored rice a roni rather than using beef flavored as the recipe already calls for ground beef anyway. You can also substitute one can of diced tomatoes with green chillis instead of using salsa.
