This was given to me by neighbor who lived across the street from me in my first home. She was a wonderful cook. Always made recipes that were delicious, but very easy.

Ingredients

  • ·
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • ·
    1/2 cup sour cream
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. salt
  • ·
    1 or 2 small peeled green chili's
  • ·
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • ·
    1/2 cup chopped onions
  • ·
    12 corn tortillas

How to Make Sour Cream Enchilidas

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine ingredients for sauce and heat until smooth.
  2. Mix cheese and onion together.
  3. Dip tortillas in oil to soften.
  4. Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp. cheese and onion across center of tortillas.
  5. Add 1 Tbsp. sauce and roll cigarette style.
  6. Place in baking dish. Pour rest of sauce over top.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
