Acapulco goes to Rome for a visit...the rest is history. The fusion of the two cities are a perfect marriage. This pizza is a spicy and sweet sensation! The crispy tortilla topped with a rich marinara sauce, whole milk mozzarella cheese, spicy beef chorizo, sweet jalapena peppers, roasted bell peppers strips with caramelized onions, kalamata olives, grilled sweet corn, a sprinklin' of black beans topped with a blend of fiesta cheeses and fresh torn basil...this is UMAMI! Enjoy with some beer & clamato, a glass of your favorite red wine or a big tall glass of ice cold water...Cooking with Passion, sw:)
