- 1 pound roast beef, 1 can rotel, 1package of seasoning mix
How To Make roast beef burritos

Step 1Just take your left over roast beef and shred it up. Throw it in a skillet with a can of Rotel and whatever seasoning you have on hand..I use taco seasoning. Heat it up and serve on soft or hard shells. Top it with cheese, lettuce, onions, whatever you choose. I serve it with rice. Simple and easy and always enjoyed!
