Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 - green bell pepper chopped
- 1 - onion chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 2 - small cans diced green chilies
- 3 cans creamstyle corn
- 2 1/2 cups shredded pepper jack or yellow cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
How To Make rice casserole

Step 1Saute: celery,onions and bell pepper and green chilies in butter or margarine until tender. Mix cooked white rice saute vegetables, creamstyle corn and 2 cups shredded cheese mix well until well blended. Pour into a casserole baking dish. Bake 45 mins at 350 oven. Five mins before casserole is done sprinkle the rest of shredded cheese continue baking until cheese is melted.
