1Saute: celery,onions and bell pepper and green chilies in butter or margarine until tender. Mix cooked white rice saute vegetables, creamstyle corn and 2 cups shredded cheese mix well until well blended. Pour into a casserole baking dish. Bake 45 mins at 350 oven. Five mins before casserole is done sprinkle the rest of shredded cheese continue baking until cheese is melted.
