Easy quick family dinner. Be sure to add some greens...salad is a great side dish~~~

Ingredients

  • 1 can progresso tomatoe soup
  • 1 cup salsa, chunky
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 - corn tortillas
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 1 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup - sour cream (optional)

How To Make ranchero taco skillet

  • Step 1
    Brown and drain crumbled beef and cut tortillas into 1 inch strips.
  • Step 2
    Stir in soup, salsa, water, black olives and tortillas. Cook on medium heat till piping hot. reduce heat and top with cheese shreds. Heat till cheese is melted.
  • Step 3
    Serve with a dollop of sour cream (optional)
