Ingredients
- 1 can progresso tomatoe soup
- 1 cup salsa, chunky
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 - corn tortillas
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 cup - shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup - sour cream (optional)
How To Make ranchero taco skillet

Step 1Brown and drain crumbled beef and cut tortillas into 1 inch strips.

Step 2Stir in soup, salsa, water, black olives and tortillas. Cook on medium heat till piping hot. reduce heat and top with cheese shreds. Heat till cheese is melted.

Step 3Serve with a dollop of sour cream (optional)
