- 1 pound beef steak, boneless, about 3/4
- 8 small flour tortillas, warmed
- MARINADE INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
- PICO DE GALLO INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 cup zucchini, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
How To Make quick fajitas with pico de gallo

Step 1Place beef steak in plastic bag; add marinade ingredients, turning to coat.

Step 2Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 20-30 minutes, turning once.

Step 3Meanwhile in medium bowl, combine Pico de Gallo ingredients; mix well.

Step 4Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.

Step 5Place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 2-3 inches from heat.

Step 6Broil 9-12 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning occasionally.

Step 7Trim fat from steak; carve crosswise into very thin slices.

Step 8Serve beef in tortillas with Pico de Gallo.
