I have always loved the "Mexican Bean Soup", served in Mexican restraunt's .I went to my daughters home where she had a pot of Barracho bean soup. Tasted just like in the restraunt .I learned this was a quick way to make the same thing.Delish!

Ingredients
- - bushes pinto beans-whatever size you desire
- cut up - bacon
- - cilantro, fresh
- - garlic powder
- - chili powder
- - seasoning salt
- 1 can - rotel
How To Make quick barracho bean soup

Step 1In a dutch oven pot, saute onion, and bacon together. Next pour Beans into pot. Next, add water to desired amount

Step 2Next, season to taste with garlic powder, chili powder and seasoned salt

Step 3Next,add can of rotel and let cook for 15 to 20 min. Next add cilantro, and let cook for a little bit longer, enough for cilantro to cook...then serve I have never measured the seasonings, i just do it to taste...
