Ingredients
- 2-1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cans (15-oz each) pinto beans, drain and rinsed
- 2 cans (28-oz each) crushes tomatoes
- 5 tablespoons bobby's chili seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional (i like it spicy)
- GARNISH - fritos, mexican cheese blend, optional

Step 1In a large stock pot (6-quarts), brown the ground beef, onion and chili mix, over high heat.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, simmer for 2 hours or until chili reaches consistency.
