Ingredients
- 2 - large flour tortillas
- 16oz cans refried beans
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 large package shredded mexican cheese
How To Make quesadilla casserole

Step 1Put half of one can of stewed tomatoes on bottom of a casserole dish, place on top 1 large flour tortilla.

Step 2spread half each..refried beans, black beans, corn, stewed tomatoes, and cheese

Step 3repeat with the rest of the ingredients, ending with 2 layers, bake at 350 for 20 mins or until cheese is bubbly...let rest before cutting...YUM if you like heat you can add jalapenos
