  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 can(s)
    pinto beans
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 large
    lettuce head
  • 1 medium
  • 1 bag(s)
    nacho cheese chips

How to Make Plain Taco Salad


  1. Brown ground beef in deep skillet. Drain grease.
  2. Add cans of pinto beans with juice to ground beef.
    While beans and beef are warming.
  3. Chop lettuce and tomato for salad.
  4. When beef and beans are heated place desired amount in individual serving bowls. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Crumble nacho cheese chips on top of cheese then top with lettuce and tomato.
