patsy's soft tacos
(1 RATING)
We usually prefer crispy tacos, but once in awhile I make soft tacos and my family enjoys them too. Here's how I make them. Refried beans make great tacos too.

Step 2For Salsa: Char tomatoes and peppers in a dry skillet. Mince garlic and cilantro. When tomatoes and peppers are cool, peel, mince and add garlic and cilantro, mix well, season to taste with salt. I use a mortar but if you don't have one just mince vegetables for salsa.
