Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 small can chili powder, 1.5oz
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 teaspoons allspice, ground
- 1 1/4 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cheyanne pepper
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons pepper
- - water to cover
How To Make pa hot dog chile

Step 1Brown ground beef and onion in oil breaking up as you would for sloppy joes.

Step 2Add remaining 8 ingredients and stir.

Step 3Add water just to cover, bring to a simmer and cook for an hour with a cover.

Step 4Break up and large pieces of meat til minced, stir and serve over hot dogs and hamburgers :)
