I LOVE Chimichangas, but dislike frying anything! These are easy and very good!

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup picante sauce or your favorite salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed oregano
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken-chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (i've used regular before)
- 6 - 8" flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons margarine melted
- - additional cheese and salsa for topping as well as sour cream or whatever you desire
How To Make oven "fried" chimichangas

Step 1Mix salsa, cumin, oregano, cooked chicken, cheese and onions.

Step 2Place about 1/4 cup of chicken mixture in the middle of each tortilla. Fold opposite sides over filling. Roll up from bottom and place seam side down on a baking sheet.

Step 3Brush with melted margarine

Step 4Bake at 400 for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. I have also added black beans to the chicken mixture. Serve with salsa, cheese, sour cream, guacamole....whatever you like!
