Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    lean hamburger
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can(s)
    stewed tomatoes, mexican
  • 1 can(s)
    corn
  • 1 can(s)
    chili beans
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, canned
  • 2 Tbsp
    salsa
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg
    corn chips or tortilla chips

How to Make One Pan...Taco Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger in a dutch oven or large pan. Then add the taco seasoning mix and the cans of stewed tomatoes, corn, chili beans, kidney beans and salsa. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve in bowl on top of corn chips or tortilla chips (or have chips on the side) add taco soup, top with a spoonful of sour cream, and a spoonful of shredded cheese. Enjoy.
