We love these around the house. They are really easy to make and really tasty too!
I did not put measurements for the veggies and sour cream, just add how ever much you like.
Some times, I even cook mushrooms with the fajita meat and add those too!

Ingredients

1/2
large bag of tortilla chips
1 lb
taco meat or sliced fajita meat
1 can(s)
refried beans (little can or big, depending on how beany you want it)
3 c
shredded cheddar
1 small
can sliced black olives
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
sliced green onions
guacamole or sliced advacados
sour cream

How to Make Nachos

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 450*
    Spray a large cookie sheet with non stick spray.
  • 2Place chips on the cookie sheet.
  • 3Dollop refried beans all over the chips.
    Spread meat evenly over the chips and beans.
    Cover the whole thing with cheese.
  • 4Bake until the cheese is melty
  • 5Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, guac/avocado olives and sour cream.
