We love these around the house. They are really easy to make and really tasty too!
I did not put measurements for the veggies and sour cream, just add how ever much you like.
Some times, I even cook mushrooms with the fajita meat and add those too!

    large bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 lb
    taco meat or sliced fajita meat
  • 1 can(s)
    refried beans (little can or big, depending on how beany you want it)
  • 3 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1 small
    can sliced black olives
  • ·
    shredded lettuce
  • ·
    chopped tomatoes
  • ·
    sliced green onions
  • ·
    guacamole or sliced advacados
  • ·
    sour cream

How to Make Nachos


  1. Preheat oven to 450*
    Spray a large cookie sheet with non stick spray.
  2. Place chips on the cookie sheet.
  3. Dollop refried beans all over the chips.
    Spread meat evenly over the chips and beans.
    Cover the whole thing with cheese.
  4. Bake until the cheese is melty
  5. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, guac/avocado olives and sour cream.
