We love these around the house. They are really easy to make and really tasty too! I did not put measurements for the veggies and sour cream, just add how ever much you like. Some times, I even cook mushrooms with the fajita meat and add those too!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - large bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 pound taco meat or sliced fajita meat
  • 1 can refried beans (little can or big, depending on how beany you want it)
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • - shredded lettuce
  • - chopped tomatoes
  • - sliced green onions
  • - guacamole or sliced advacados
  • - sour cream

How To Make nachos

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450* Spray a large cookie sheet with non stick spray.
  • Step 2
    Place chips on the cookie sheet.
  • Step 3
    Dollop refried beans all over the chips. Spread meat evenly over the chips and beans. Cover the whole thing with cheese.
  • Step 4
    Bake until the cheese is melty
  • Step 5
    Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, guac/avocado olives and sour cream.
