How to Make Nacho's Texas style

  1. Brown ground beef, onion, and jalapeno. Drain grease in a colander.
  2. Return to pan.Add garlic, cumin, chili powder,s&p. Heat on low,and stir in spices. Now you have taco meat by the way.No need for the package taco seasoning. This is much better.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes, and the Velveeta cheese(cubed).Continue stirring till cheese is melted. If it is to thick, thin with milk.
  4. When done pour over chips. Also good in Oodles of noodles for kids lunch.I always make fresh guacamole, and pico de gallo to go with it.
