Ingredients

1 package taco seasoning
1 pound hamburger
1 jar salsa, chunky
16 ounces monterey jack cheese
1 package tortilla chips
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 pint sour cream

How To Make nacho's mendez

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2

Layer cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spread taco ships on the sheet
Step 3

Brown hamburger and add taco seasoning as directed on package
Step 4

Spread hamburger mixture over the taco chips
Step 5

Sprinkle chopped onions over the top of the hamburger
Step 6

Spread salsa over the top
Step 7

Sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese over the top
Step 8

Bake in oven approx 10 mins to melt the cheese
Step 9

Serve with sour cream
