Ingredients

  • 3-4 - chicken breasts or you can use a rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 1-8 oz. ounce sour cream
  • 1 small can green chiles chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • - flour tortillas
  • 1-2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/8 cup dry sherry
  • - grated cheddar cheese

How To Make my version of chicken alcapulco

  • Step 1
    mix chicken,mushrooms,green chilis and green onion with sour cream and soup. roll in tortillas,place in baking dish.Mix cream of chicken soup and sherry and pour over rolled tortillas.Top with cheddar cheese. bake at 350* for 30 mins. uncovered. serve with rice.
