How to Make My version of Chicken Alcapulco
- mix chicken,mushrooms,green chilis and green onion with sour cream and soup. roll in tortillas,place in baking dish.Mix cream of chicken soup and sherry and pour over rolled tortillas.Top with cheddar cheese. bake at 350* for 30 mins. uncovered. serve with rice.
