1 can(s)
tamales (prefer hormel's)
1 can(s)
chili with beans (prefer dennison's)
1 - 2
green onions, white and green parts - finely sliced
1 - 2 c
grated cheddar cheese (i use mild)
1/2 - 1 small
bag fritos corn chips (.59 to .99 cents size)

1Remove paper from tamales and place in small baking dish, along with liquid from can. Slice each tamale into 3 - 4 pieces. Sprinkle with half of the chopped green onion.
2Spread chili with beans over the tamales. Sprinkle with rest of green onions. Cover with plenty of cheddar cheese!
3With hands, crush Fritos and spread over chili beans to cover.
4Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until heated through. Serve with condiments of your choice - I use sour cream and taco sauce. A great quick and tasty meal!
