Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 - onion chopped
  • 1 can tomato paste (lg can)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (lg)
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can chili beans (lg can)
  • - chili powder..to taste
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • - water..as much or as little you want

How To Make my chili

  • Step 1
    COOK GROUND BEEF WITH CHOPPED ONION -- DRAIN WELL
  • Step 2
    ADD EVERYTHING ELSE...
  • Step 3
    ADD ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE IT AS THIN OR THICK AS YOU LIKE..
  • Step 4
    COOK AT LEAST 30 MIN....YOU MAY ALSO PUT THIS IN A CROCK POT & LET SIMMER FOR HOURS!!
