Ingredients

  • 1 packet - encilada seasoning
  • 1 3lb roll - ground hamburger
  • 1 - onion chopped
  • 1 pkg - flour tortillas
  • 1 can - chopped black olives
  • 1 cup - mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 16oz - can tomatoe sauce

How To Make mom's enciladas

  • Step 1
    preheat oven 350
  • Step 2
combine the hmaburger and onion, fry in skillet until cooked, drain off grease, take package of seasoning and make to package directions with tomatoe sauce in a 11x15 glass baking dish spread a layer of sauce then set aside a cups worth of sauce ( will be used to cover them after next step) and use remaining sauce and combine with hamburger and onions Take flour tortillas and stuff about 2.5 tbls into it, wrap like a burrito and place in dish. Continue this until no hamburger mixture remains. Take the sauce that was set aside earlier and drizzle over all in dish, sprinkle cheese over top and black olives Place in oven and cook, covered for about 30 mins or until cheese melts. Take out of oven then cool, serve with tacos and tamales :)
