- 1 package corn tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mock enchiladas

Step 1Brown meat with chopped onion. Drain fat off meat. Add soups and enchilada sauce and salt and pepper to taste. In greased casserole layer tortillas with meat mixture.

Step 2Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Add grated cheese on top and bake until bubbly.
