Mimi's Grande Nachos
Before my husband and I were married we lived in a little one bedroom apartment downtown on public aid. We didn't have much and tried this on a whim. Now it's a hit with the entire family, even the kids love it.

1 pkgtortilla chips any kind
1 1/2 lbground turkey
2 jar(s)queso dip
2 can(s)large black pitted olives
1 can(s)diced green chiles
1 can(s)green can el pato sauce
How to Make Mimi's Grande Nachos
- brown the Ground Turkey in a large skillet, drain any excess liquid then add the El Pato sauce and Green Chiles. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Chop the tomoatoes and drain the juices. Chop Olives & Avacado then mix with the Tomato in a medium to large bowl. Slice the Jalepenos and set aside.
- Lay entire bag of Tortilla Chips across a cookie sheet(the bigger the better) and top with Ground Turkey mixture. Then Pour the vegetable mixture over the Ground Turkey.
- Top the entire dish with Queso Dip and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the entire dish is warm throughout. After done baking top with sliced Jalepeno and serve.
