Before my husband and I were married we lived in a little one bedroom apartment downtown on public aid. We didn't have much and tried this on a whim. Now it's a hit with the entire family, even the kids love it.

Ingredients
- 1 package tortilla chips any kind
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 3 large avacados
- 2 jars queso dip
- 5 large jalepenos
- 2 cans large black pitted olives
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1 can green can el pato sauce
How To Make mimi's grande nachos

Step 1brown the Ground Turkey in a large skillet, drain any excess liquid then add the El Pato sauce and Green Chiles. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Chop the tomoatoes and drain the juices. Chop Olives & Avacado then mix with the Tomato in a medium to large bowl. Slice the Jalepenos and set aside.

Step 3Lay entire bag of Tortilla Chips across a cookie sheet(the bigger the better) and top with Ground Turkey mixture. Then Pour the vegetable mixture over the Ground Turkey.

Step 4Top the entire dish with Queso Dip and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the entire dish is warm throughout. After done baking top with sliced Jalepeno and serve.
