2tubes (8oz) crescent rolls
1 pkgcream cheese, softened
1 csour cream
1 lbground beef
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
1 can(s)sliced olives, drained (small)
1medium tomato, diced
3/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
How to Make Mexican Pizza
- Unroll crescent roll dough and place on an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Flatten dough to fit and bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Blend cream cheese and sour cream and spread over crust. Chill in refridgerator for 30 minutes.
- Brown ground beef, drain and stir in taco seasoning with water according to package. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread meat over chilled crust and top with olives, tomato and cheeses. Serve immediately. Perfect for kids parties and grown-up parties alike!
