When I was first married, we lived in a married student housing complex at Purdue University. This recipe came from a neighbor who had four children, all very picky eaters. Her kids couldn't enough of this pizza and neither could mine! Very kid friendly and great for football gatherings as well!

Ingredients

  • 2 - tubes (8oz) crescent rolls
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can sliced olives, drained (small)
  • 1 - medium tomato, diced
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make mexican pizza

  • Step 1
    Unroll crescent roll dough and place on an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Flatten dough to fit and bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
  • Step 2
    Blend cream cheese and sour cream and spread over crust. Chill in refridgerator for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Brown ground beef, drain and stir in taco seasoning with water according to package. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Spread meat over chilled crust and top with olives, tomato and cheeses. Serve immediately. Perfect for kids parties and grown-up parties alike!
