Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon (heaping tablespoon) chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 - (15 oz) can refried beans
- 4 - (9-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa, or your favorite
- - green onions, sliced
- - tomatoes, diced
- - black olives, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
How To Make mexican pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Brown beef, onions and garlic in skillet over medium heat; drain off grease and add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Combine chili powder, cumin and paprika; stir into meat mixture.

Step 4Place 1 flour tortilla in the bottom of 2 pie plates; spread refried beans onto each tortilla; top each with 1/2 of the meat mixture and then place another tortilla on each. Place in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 5Remove from oven and top each pizza with 1/2 of the salsa. Garnish with green onions, olives and tomatoes; top each with 1/2 of the shredded cheese.

Step 6Return to oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese has melted; cool slightly. Slice each pizza into quarters and serve.
