Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 12 ounces spiral pasta cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make mexican pasta bake

Step 1* In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the taco seasoning, tomatoes, green pepper and spices. Bring to a boil; remove from the heat.

Step 2* Meanwhile cook pasta until just done and drain. Combine the pasta, 3/4 cup cheese and sour cream. Spoon into a greased 2-qt. baking dish.

Step 3* Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
