When I was a kitchen manager I made this weekly and sold out every time!! One of my favorites!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, dried
  • 12 ounces spiral pasta cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
  • 1 cup sour cream

How To Make mexican pasta bake

  • Step 1
    * In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the taco seasoning, tomatoes, green pepper and spices. Bring to a boil; remove from the heat.
  • Step 2
    * Meanwhile cook pasta until just done and drain. Combine the pasta, 3/4 cup cheese and sour cream. Spoon into a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
  • Step 3
    * Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
