I tried a restaurant's Mexican Nachos and loved it so I decided to try to make it myself. My children and I really love this and it's become a family favorite.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds sirloin tip steak (thin sliced)
- 1 - medium white onion
- 1 - green bell pepper
- 1 - red bell pepper
- 1 - yellow bell pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, dried
- 1 dash salt
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 package gordo's white cheese dip, original
- 1 package restaurant style tortilla chips
How To Make mexican nachos

Step 1Cut the steak into thin strips 1/2 inch to an inch wide and about 2 to 3 inches long. Set aside.

Step 2Thinly slice peppers and onion.

Step 3Add oil, meat, peppers, onions, and seasonings into a large skillet. Cook until meat is thoroughly cooked and peppers are tender. Set aside.

Step 4Melt cheese according to package directions.

Step 5Place chips on a plate and pour meat mixture over them. Top with melted white cheese and serve.
