Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    chunky salsa
  • 1/2 c
    garbanzos, cooked
  • 1 tsp
    cumin
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c
    water

How to Make Mexican Meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Chopped cilantro, added to meat, mix and make 12 meatballs.
  2. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker, turn it to hi.
  3. After two hours, check and see if meatballs are ready, you don't want them dry. Serve with brown rice and Farmers Market Vegetable ( check my recipe). Enjoy!
