Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup garbanzos, cooked
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make mexican meatballs

Step 1Chopped cilantro, added to meat, mix and make 12 meatballs.

Step 2Place all ingredients in the slow cooker, turn it to hi.

Step 3After two hours, check and see if meatballs are ready, you don't want them dry. Serve with brown rice and Farmers Market Vegetable ( check my recipe). Enjoy!
