Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup garbanzos, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make mexican meatballs

  • Step 1
    Chopped cilantro, added to meat, mix and make 12 meatballs.
  • Step 2
    Place all ingredients in the slow cooker, turn it to hi.
  • Dinner tonight
    Step 3
    After two hours, check and see if meatballs are ready, you don't want them dry. Serve with brown rice and Farmers Market Vegetable ( check my recipe). Enjoy!
