Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, uncooked
  • 1 can retried beans 16 oz.
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 package 8 oz. uncooked manicotti noodles
  • 1 jar 16 oz. picante sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • - sliced black olives
  • - sour cream

How To Make mexican manicotti

  • Step 1
    Combine ground beef, beans, chili powder, oregano
  • Step 2
    Spoon mixture into uncooked manicotti noodles. Arrange in 9 x 13 pan.
  • Step 3
    Combine Picante sauce and water. Pour over noodles. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from oven 30 minutes before baking.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese, onions, olives. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serve with sour cream.
