Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, uncooked
- 1 can retried beans 16 oz.
- 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 package 8 oz. uncooked manicotti noodles
- 1 jar 16 oz. picante sauce
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- - sliced black olives
- - sour cream
How To Make mexican manicotti

Step 1Combine ground beef, beans, chili powder, oregano

Step 2Spoon mixture into uncooked manicotti noodles. Arrange in 9 x 13 pan.

Step 3Combine Picante sauce and water. Pour over noodles. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from oven 30 minutes before baking.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese, onions, olives. Bake 10 minutes longer. Serve with sour cream.
