- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 can 28oz. tomatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups macaroni, cooked
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- - salt to taste

Step 1Brown sausage, onion and green pepper. Pour off drippings, add tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni and seasonings. Cover, cook slowly for about 10 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking 10 minutes more. Makes 8 servings.
