Ingredients For mexican lasagna

  • 1 pkg
  • 1-2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1-2 can
    enchilada sauce (mild, med. or hot)
  • 1 pkg
    mccormick's dry taco seasoning
  • grated cheese
  • sauted onions (optional)

How To Make mexican lasagna

  • 1
    Brown ground beef and dry taco mix in fry pan chopping it smaller and smaller as it cooks. (Do NOT add liquid as taco mix suggests.) When cooked, turn up heat and brown meat a little to add flavor.

    Place 4 tortillas in bottom of square baking pan. Add layer of meat Add layer of Sauce Add layer of cheese

    Repeat until you've used all of the ingredients.

    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (or until done)
