    buttermilk baking mix
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 15 oz
    refried beans
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 8 oz
    salsa
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make Mexican Dish

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the baking mix, water and refried beans well. Spread into a greased 5x7-inch baking dish.
  3. Brown ground beef; drain. Spoon over the baking mix crust. Spread salsa on top of beef, then cover with grated cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovering for the last few minutes. Serve with sour cream and chopped fresh tomatoes.
