All my friend's family, and neighbor's love this Mexican Corn bread,it's so good hot or cold anytime you want to eat it.It makes 3 cake pan's so there is plenty for all. It goes so good with a big pot of Pinto Beans with sasuage. " Enjoy"

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    mexican corn bread mix (any kind)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream style corn
  • 1 16oz oz
    sour cream
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    grated cheader cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped jal. peppers
  • 1 lb
    ground round beef

How to Make Mexican Corn Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown your beef season with garlic powder,onion powder red pepper, & Tony's seasoning.
  2. while your beef is cooking add all other Ingredient's together in a large bowl mix it up when your Beef is ready add it in stir all together.
  3. Greese Bread Pan's round Cake Pan's (3) or 1 large square pan pour it in.
    Cook on 350 about 1hr or untill done.
