All my friend's family, and neighbor's love this Mexican Corn bread,it's so good hot or cold anytime you want to eat it.It makes 3 cake pan's so there is plenty for all. It goes so good with a big pot of Pinto Beans with sasuage. " Enjoy"

Ingredients
- 2 packages mexican corn bread mix (any kind)
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 16oz ounces sour cream
- 4 - eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup grated cheader cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped jal. peppers
- 1 pound ground round beef
How To Make mexican corn bread

Step 1Brown your beef season with garlic powder,onion powder red pepper, & Tony's seasoning.

Step 2while your beef is cooking add all other Ingredient's together in a large bowl mix it up when your Beef is ready add it in stir all together.

Step 3Greese Bread Pan's round Cake Pan's (3) or 1 large square pan pour it in. Cook on 350 about 1hr or untill done.
